Kinlea

After a long day experiencing all that Shetland has to offer, it’s great to come home to Kinlea and unwind. Kinlea consists of a large lounge, kitchen/dining room, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a secluded furnished patio area with barbecue and a large garden.

We are pretty sure we have all the facilities you are likely to need at Kinlea with everything from wi-fi access to dual control electric blankets.

Due to stairs at both entrances, Kinlea is not suitable for disabled use.

Weisdale – A central base with its own attractions
Weisdale is a village on the mainland of Shetland, ten miles west of Lerwick.

Fishing – Sheltand’s biggest cod was caught in the loch below the house.

Touring – A central base from which to travel anywhere in Shetland within a day.

Art – Bonhoga Gallery and the Silvercraft demonstration shop are both within walking distance.

Leisure facilities – The Westside leisure centre is ten minutes drive and there is also a nearby golf course.

Wildlife – All of Shetland is rich in variety of wildlife.

Facilities – Shop, post office, fuel pumps, inter-island airstrip, taxi service, bus stop all within a short walk.
